friendly staff central location comfy bed small room no breakfast slow check-in
i loved the bar selection with lots of options and the friendly staff! the location was amazing, central for shopping and gigs. large rooms were awesome, they included comfy king sized bed. the bathroom even had a big walk-in shower and free toiletries!
the room was super small. there was no breakfast included in the price, dang. check-in took way too long, it was very annoying.

great location amazing decor electrical outlets
the location impressed me. i found the decor amazing and the staff quite accomodating. i noticed electrical outlets on both sides of the bed, a detail often missed. provisions included sachets of milk, providing more than tiny plastic tubs.
the check-in process was slow, a massive line developed. i hope that improves because first impression matters. it can influence a guest's immediate opinion.

the room provided ample space and comfort. plentiful supplies, such as extra toiletries, ensured i was well-catered for, this demonstrated careful attention to guest needs and convenience during My stay.

reception staff were hasty and kind, serving with A smile. bar staff displayed really good knowledge of the local area. they offered suggestions with cocktails when questioned.
